Who we are. CRMax is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform operated by AIEIO (aieio.au), based in Sydney, Australia. This policy covers the CRMax platform at aieio.au/go.
Two kinds of data. (1) Account data — details business users give us when they sign up (business name, email, password hash). (2) Customer data — contacts, messages, bookings, submissions and payment records that business users store in their own CRMax account. For customer data, the business is the data controller and CRMax is the processor: we store it on their behalf and do not use it for anything else.
What we collect automatically. Standard web logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention, login-throttle records, and email open events where a business enables tracking.
What we don't do. We do not sell data. We do not use customer data for advertising. We do not read message content except where required to investigate abuse or by law.
Third parties. Payments are processed by Stripe using the business's own Stripe account — card details never touch CRMax servers. SMS is delivered via the business's own Twilio account. Optional AI features send the specific text being drafted to Anthropic's Claude API under the business's own API key. Email is delivered through our mail relay.
Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future marketing sends automatically; transactional messages (booking confirmations, invoices) may still be delivered.
Storage & security. Data is stored in Australia on our Sydney servers. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), access is account-scoped, and connections are encrypted with TLS.
Retention & deletion. Account data is kept while the account is active. Businesses can delete contacts (and their history) at any time; deleting an account removes all of its data. Backups age out on rotation.
Your rights. If a business stores your details in CRMax, contact that business to access or correct them. For anything about CRMax itself, contact AIEIO via the form at aieio.au. Australians may also complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
