1. The service. CRMax (aieio.au/go) is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform operated by AIEIO. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account, including by team members you add. One business per account.
3. Acceptable use. You must only message people who have consented to hear from you, and you must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and equivalent laws — every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and it must not be circumvented. No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no reselling access; no attempting to breach tenant isolation. We may suspend accounts that damage deliverability or breach these rules.
4. Your data. Data you store remains yours. You warrant you have the right to store the personal information you upload. We process it per our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services. Stripe, Twilio and Anthropic features run under your accounts and their terms. CRMax never holds your customers' card details; payments settle directly to your Stripe account.
6. Trials, plans & termination. Trials are free for 14 days. We may vary plan features with notice. You can stop using the service at any time; you may request deletion of your account and data. We may terminate for breach of these terms.
7. Service quality. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our liability is limited to re-supplying the service.
